Introducing Sift:lab

After much thinking about what clients and their customers need most I’ve decided to launch Sift:lab. It’s a collaborative group of people who will be working with clients who are determined to take advantage of opportunities in a world of massive disruption. I created Sift:lab to help invent this future. I’ve taken the best parts of my experience in the world of design-thinking, lean startups and organizational change to develop a technique called Focused Transformation.
