Lead designer, workshop facilitator and writer for the Innovation Studio, leading a team of 10 across Oliver Wyman’s global consulting practice. Designed and authored field books, toolkits, and frameworks to help consulting partners explain and sell design thinking to C-suite clients.

Opportunity
Fortune 50 clients needed to align C-suite leadership and reimagine services amid massive digital disruption. Abstract design thinking concepts weren’t accessible to consulting partners, limiting the studio’s ability to scale innovation workshops and strategic engagements across the firm.
