- Designed the “trust module” showing journalist credentials, editorial standards, and fact-checking processes to rebuild reader confidence
- Rebuilt newsroom workflows and content creation tools for 1,400 journalists across WSJ, Barron’s, and MarketWatch
- Led cross-functional strategy sessions aligning editorial, product, and business teams around subscriber growth goals
